The NSA announced that Rob Joyce, Director of the Cybersecurity Directorate and deputy national manager of national security systems, will retire on March 31 after 34 years of service, following a career that included senior roles at the NSA and the White House. David Luber, the current deputy director of the Cybersecurity Directorate and former executive director of USCYBERCOM, will succeed Joyce.
