Nigerian National Pleads Guilty of Conspiracy in BEC Operation

**Executive Summary:** Henry Onyedikachi Echefu and two co-conspirators pleaded guilty for their roles in a business email compromise (BEC) scheme that operated from February 2016 to July 2017; the group accessed victim email accounts to send fraudulent wire instructions and laundered approximately $199,929 through drop accounts.
