A major data breach involving NationalPublicData.com was publicly disclosed after cybercriminals posted roughly 4 TB (claimed 2.9 billion rows) of consumer and business records on BreachForums and offered the dataset for sale; independent analysis found millions of US records including names, addresses, phone numbers and potentially hundreds of millions of unique SSNs (Atlas: ~272M).
