Private Data and Passwords of Senior U.S. Security Officials Found Online

DER SPIEGEL reporters found that mobile phone numbers, email addresses and some passwords for several senior U.S. security officials (including the National Security Adviser, Director of National Intelligence and Secretary of Defense) were publicly accessible through commercial people-search engines and published hacked customer data, enabling linkage to social profiles and messaging accounts (Signal, WhatsApp) and constituting a serious security breach at the highest levels of government.
