Israel’s largest crypto broker Bits of Gold hit by data breach affecting 200,000 customers

Bits of Gold, a Tel Aviv-based cryptocurrency broker, reported a security breach affecting approximately 200,000 customers after a hacker gained unauthorized access to a third-party data analytics network; exposed personal data included names, national ID numbers, emails, phone numbers, IP addresses, bank account details, and public wallet addresses, while the company said funds, private keys, passwords, CVVs and scanned ID documents were not exposed and indicated the incident may be part of a broader global attack.
