Russian Citizen Sentenced to 40 Months for Selling Stolen Financial Information on the Criminal Internet Marketplace Slilpp

U.S. authorities announced that Georgy Kavzharadze (aka "TeRorPP," "Torqovec," "PlutuSS") was sentenced to 40 months in prison and ordered to pay $1.23M in restitution for selling stolen financial and login credentials on the Slilpp marketplace from 2016–2021; he listed 626k+ credentials and sold 297k+, tied to $1.2M in fraud, and took payment in Bitcoin. The FBI and international partners disrupted Slilpp in June 2021, records linked him to over $200k in crypto withdrawals, and he was charged in August 2021, extradited, and detained since 2022.
