The “Anonymous” Tip System That Wasn’t: Three Months Later, Why Hasn’t Navigate360 Notified Anyone?

On March 18, 2026 a hacktivist calling themself “InternetYiffMachine” obtained and provided to journalists a dataset of approximately 8.3 million tip reports stored on servers associated with P3 Campus / P3 Global Intel / Navigate360; the dataset includes unredacted, highly sensitive tip narratives and PII (suicide threats, sexual abuse, sexting, addresses, phone numbers, etc.) from programs such as Safe2SayPA, Safe2Tell, and Sandy Hook Promise, and the vendor and many program operators have not issued public disclosures or notifications to affected individuals.
