Crime Stoppers International seeking tips on INC Ransom as part of new bounty program: Operation Silent Vector

Crime Stoppers International launched “Operation Silent Vector,” offering bounties and anonymous reporting to collect tips and accelerate arrests of actors tied to INC Ransomware, a Cybercrime-as-a-Service group blamed for disrupting healthcare and other critical services across Europe, Asia–Pacific and Latin America; the initiative is supported by partners including Fortinet and will be the first in a series of targeted anti-cybercrime actions.
