Updating: In “Cronos,” law enforcement took down 34 Lockbit servers

Europol and partner agencies have conducted a months-long operation that compromised LockBit’s primary platform and critical infrastructure, seizing 34 servers across multiple countries, replacing the leak site content, arresting suspected actors in Poland and Ukraine, issuing international warrants and indictments, and freezing over 200 cryptocurrency accounts; a free decryptor is now available for victims.
