Iranian and Pro-Regime Cyberattacks Against Americans (2011-Present)

This report collates documented Iran-linked cyber operations targeting the United States from 2011 onward, highlighting disruptive and espionage activities such as 2011–2013 DDoS attacks against 46 U.S. banks, 2013 probes of the electrical grid, and a breach of the U.S. Navy intranet. It presents these incidents as evidence of a persistent nation-state and pro-regime hacker threat to U.S. critical infrastructure and the defense industrial base.
