Silence may not be golden: Visiting Physicians Network still silent one year after alleged data breach?

In September 2023 DataBreaches reported an alleged ransomware incident involving Visiting Physician’s Network, citing screenshots of data posted on the Threeam gang’s leak site; one year later the site has found no public breach notification, no reports to Texas or HHS, and no response from the provider, and is requesting anyone with evidence of notification or regulator inquiries to contact them.
