Since June, two groups claim to have attacked The Eye Clinic Surgicenter. What do we know?

The Eye Clinic Surgicenter appears to have had employee and patient records (including SSNs, IDs, and medical records) posted for sale on criminal leak sites by Black Suit and Meow Leaks, claiming roughly 52–59 GB of data; it is unclear whether these posts stem from the same breach or separate incidents, and the clinic has not acknowledged or reported the incident.
