City of Anthony, NM, public records have been suspiciously disappeared, locked, or wiped

The City of Anthony alleges that the prior administration failed to turn over and improperly destroyed public records — including investigative files, operational and grant documents — and reports irregularities in payroll/timecards; the city also claims police devices were locked and wiped.
