39-year-old Nigerian extradited to US from France over alleged hacking

Vanguard reports that Chukwuemeka Victor Amachukwu, 39, was extradited from France to the U.S. to face charges of hacking U.S. tax-preparation businesses, stealing customers’ identifying information, and using it to file fraudulent tax returns that yielded at least $2.5 million in IRS refunds; he was arrested in France at the request of the United States and brought to New York.
