A recently unsealed court document reveals that the FBI tracked and froze millions in cryptocurrency paid by Caesars Entertainment to the Scattered Spider group following an August 2023 ransomware attack, where a $30M demand was negotiated down to roughly $15M and paid in two Bitcoin purchases.
