Infinite Campus Security Incident Awareness: No Impact to Student Data According to Infinite Campus

ShinyHunters announced it compromised an Infinite Campus employee’s Salesforce account on March 18, 2026, and acquired internal case management/ticketing data. Infinite Campus states no student information or customer databases were accessed; the exposed data appears to be staff directory and support ticket content. Infinite Campus detected the intrusion, disabled the account and some services for customers without IP restrictions, and is scanning the accessed Salesforce data while notifying affected districts.
