Medusa ransomware claims to have breached HCRG Care Group, exfiltrated protected health and employee data, encrypted systems, and demanded $2M; independent reporting (SuspectFile) published screenshots and an NTDS log as proof, alleging ~50 TB of encrypted documents with ~2 TB uploaded, while HCRG has not publicly confirmed the scope.
