Stormous-linked ransomware operators targeted Guardian Healthcare during a restructuring, gaining access via Office account impersonation, encrypting files and exfiltrating roughly 7GB of data of which 3GB (including protected health information) was leaked; Guardian has not publicly acknowledged or provided details about backups or remediation.
