Leaked Odido data exposes sensitive information

A large-scale data breach at Dutch telecom Odido reportedly exposed data from 6.2–8 million current and former customers, including names, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, bank account and ID numbers, and internal customer notes indicating victims of stalking and domestic violence. The attacker group Shinyhunters demanded over €1 million and has been publishing the stolen data in daily batches after Odido refused to pay.
