Qilin’s 2024 attack on NHS vendor continues to impact patient care for one NHS Trust

The Qilin ransomware attack on Synnovis continues to disrupt clinical services at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM): pathology systems remain offline, staff are operating on manual/paper processes and phone communications for critical results, approximately 161,560 pathology reports have been delayed, and SLaM patient reports are not available in the shared London Care Record.
