US School Shooter Emergency Plans Exposed in Raptor Technologies Data Leak

A trove of over 4 million sensitive records (≈800 GB) linked to school safety software provider Raptor Technologies was inadvertently exposed online, including evacuation maps, student threat lists, medical and court documents, and extensive PII. Researcher Jeremiah Fowler reported the leak (via vpnMentor), while DataBreaches independently attempted disclosure to both a school district and Raptor in early December but received inadequate responses. Although Raptor stated it quickly remediated the issue and that only a researcher and Raptor personnel accessed the data, DataBreaches disputes this, noting additional third-party access during verification.
