Time ran out for victims; CRPx0 puts data up for sale

CRPx0, an extortion group, launched a leak site listing 47 victims and claims to have exfiltrated sensitive data (including PHI and survivor case files) from multiple organizations; DataBreaches contacted 13 alleged victims but could not verify the breaches. The group claims use of 0-day vulnerabilities and clickbait lures to deliver malware and threatens to sell or publish data if ransoms are not paid, with one claimed victim (Encore Enterprises) allegedly having ~700 GB of data taken.
