Minidoka Memorial Hospital experienced a cyber incident on April 5 that temporarily affected internal systems and imaging services, prompting some emergency transfers while continuing patient care; on April 17 a new darkweb site named “Blackwater” listed Minidoka and claimed to have acquired 2,329,290 files (~576.6 GB) and threatened to leak data after April 24, but provided no proof and did not state whether encryption occurred.
