Preparing Employees to Combat Phishing

This document explains the importance of phishing awareness and describes Arctic Wolf’s Managed Security Awareness approach—microlearning, regular reminders, phishing simulations, an easy "Report Phishing" button that removes reported messages from O365 inboxes, and the Phishtel Engine which automatically analyzes reported emails and assigns threat levels to aid triage and response.
