Evaluating Your Security Awareness Program

This article explains how to evaluate and improve security awareness programs by asking five core questions: how often training occurs, how much admin effort is required, whether the approach is proactive or passive, how much information is delivered at once, and whether the program builds trust or distrust. It advises frequent (ideally monthly or more), consistent, bite-sized, positively reinforced training rather than infrequent, overwhelming, or punitive simulations, to better embed security behavior in organizations.
