Microsoft Xbox One Hacked

The report describes a hardware-level exploit called "Bliss" for the Xbox One where an attacker uses precise voltage glitching to skip boot ROM memory protection and redirect execution to attacker-controlled data. The exploit enables loading unsigned code at every level including the hypervisor and OS, allows access to the security processor so games and firmware can be decrypted, and is characterized as an unpatchable compromise of the console.
