Incendiary Munitions Strike Gaza-bound Flotilla Two Nights in a Row

Bellingcat analyzed two September 8–9 incidents in which Gaza-bound Global Sumud Flotilla vessels near Sidi Bou Said, Tunisia, were struck by incendiary munitions likely dropped from a drone, based on trajectory, audio, and video evidence; recovered remnants resemble a thermite/smoke grenade adapted for aerial delivery. No injuries and minor damage were reported, and Tunisian authorities later described the event as a premeditated attack.
