This report evaluates the security risk of carrying and using a Flipper Zero on aircraft, concluding the device is unlikely to threaten flight safety and is mostly capable of causing minor nuisance or passenger alarm; meaningful attacks would require additional external hardware or rooted phones/SDRs, and operators should discourage devices with external antennas and transmitting on forbidden bands.
