Franklin Access adds three-layer security system to Wi-Fi routers

Franklin Access announced a three-layer Defense-in-Depth security suite integrated into its Wi‑Fi routers: Layer 1 provides DNS filtering that blocks and redirects access to over 15 million malicious or unwanted sites; Layer 2 offers network-level device management and low-latency content filtering for connected devices; Layer 3 supplies application-level protections via a mobile app (location, geofencing, app blocking, parental controls, and screentime limits). The release is focused on product features and user privacy/security convenience rather than reporting a security incident.
