Binary Defense announced NightBeacon Detect, a new module in its AI-driven NightBeacon SOC platform that introduces Detection Coverage Index — a confidence-based score showing how well an organization is covered against specific threat profiles (ransomware, data theft, BEC, cryptojacking) by mapping adversary behaviors to telemetry and MITRE ATT&CK techniques. The feature emphasizes threat-profile-specific measurement, tracks coverage improvement over time as detections and telemetry change, and provides executive-ready metrics to prioritize detection engineering and demonstrate measurable risk reduction.
