Researchers develop tool to expose GPS signal spoofing in transit networks

Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) developed a portable detector that identifies GPS spoofing and time manipulation in real time, including while in motion, and can distinguish spoofed signals from authentic ones even when signal strength is equal.
