Police take down relaunched criminal marketplace with 22,000 users, €3.6 million in revenue

German and Spanish authorities shut down a relaunched Crimenetwork darknet marketplace and arrested its suspected 35-year-old operator in Mallorca. The platform, which offered stolen data, drugs, forged documents and other illegal services to over 22,000 users and 100+ vendors, is estimated to have generated more than €3.6 million; investigators seized about €194,000 and obtained user and transaction data to support further probes.
