PR3TACK preemptive framework maps threats before attackers use them

PR3TACK is an early-stage, open framework that catalogs plausible but as-yet-unobserved attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures to help defenders anticipate and prepare mitigations. The project organizes entries by three plausibility tiers across seventeen tactic categories, provides example techniques (with suggested defenses), includes a visual Navigator for browsing and uploading JSON entries, and invites community contributions to expand the knowledgebase.
