Egnyte unveils Email Capture and AI features to unify fragmented data

Egnyte announced a suite of new capabilities designed to centralize fragmented project knowledge and support the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry: Email Capture to ingest siloed inbox communications into Egnyte folders, AI-driven integrations and agents (including a Proposal Coordinator), real-time integrations with tools like Autodesk Forma and Deltek Vantagepoint, and AI features such as connectors, automatic tagging, image captioning, and content-type classification to improve search, governance, and project workflows.
