Hackers arrested for stealing and reselling 600,000 Roblox accounts

Ukrainian prosecutors, the cyber police, and the Security Service arrested three suspects accused of running a large-scale scheme that accessed and resold over 600,000 Roblox accounts from October 2025 to January 2026. Investigators found 357 files with account data, seized computers, phones, storage devices, bank cards, and cash (~$30,000 and €2,500), and allege the group used stolen credentials and malware disguised as game-related programs to harvest valuable accounts, earning about 10 million UAH (~$227,000); suspects face charges including theft and unauthorized interference with computer systems.
