Slashing agent token costs by 98% with RFC 9457-compliant error responses

Cloudflare announced network-wide support for RFC 9457-compliant structured Markdown and JSON error responses for Cloudflare-generated 1xxx errors, enabling AI agents to receive machine-readable guidance (fields like error_code, retryable, retry_after, owner_action_required, ray_id, timestamp, etc.) to drive deterministic retry, backoff, and escalation logic while reducing payload size and token costs; browsers retain HTML, and the same contract will extend to 4xx/5xx errors.
