The Agent Development Lifecycle has arrived on Cloudflare

Cloudflare outlines the Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC) and introduces Workflows, Artifacts, and platform primitives to let autonomous agents manage more of the software development lifecycle. The post explains why traditional SDLC assumptions don’t scale for agent-driven “software factories,” lists required properties (programmatic APIs, scalability, reproducibility, atomic changes, permissioning, self-improvement), and demonstrates how Cloudflare features (Workflows, Artifacts, preview URLs, feature flags, browser testing, observability) can be combined to build and operate agent-led pipelines.
