This report analyzes non-bot Internet traffic across 50+ countries during late 2024–early 2025 holidays using Cloudflare Radar, finding consistent year-over-year dips aligned with local traditions: global traffic fell 19% on Dec 25 and 14% on Dec 24; Europe saw steep Christmas Eve declines (up to 67% in Denmark, 66% in Spain); the Americas dipped most on Dec 25 (e.g., US -26%) with pronounced New Year’s midnight drops in Latin America (Chile -73%, Argentina -68%); Orthodox Christmas drove post–Dec 31 rebounds; and Lunar New Year around Jan 29 produced 16–25% daily declines in parts of East/Southeast Asia.
