Building a security overview dashboard for actionable insights

Cloudflare introduces a redesigned Security Overview dashboard that surfaces prioritized Security Action Items and a unified view of detection tools, using a distributed architecture of scheduled "checkers" and real-time event handlers to generate over 10 million actionable insights daily. Key capabilities include automatic detection and contextual enrichment of issues such as dangling A/AAAA/CNAME records (including active verification, provider-specific takeover checks, traffic-volume impact, and ASN/provider attribution), deep linking into analytics for investigation, and prioritized remediation guidance to help security teams move from noisy visibility to focused action.
