Cloudflare reports on its December 2025 performance analysis, explaining its measurement methodology (Real User Measurements, connection time, and the trimean), and describes how new points of presence and software/protocol optimizations (HTTP/3, congestion window and connection-handling improvements) helped increase the share of top networks where Cloudflare is the fastest from 40% to 60%, with an average 6ms advantage over the next-fastest provider.
