Cloudflare announces the beta of Automatic Audit Logs, a standardized, automatic, and expanded audit logging system covering 111 products (95% coverage) with granular filtering, enriched context (auth method, Ray IDs), and capture of both successful and failed actions, including GET requests. The pipeline uses an API Gateway-to-Worker redaction flow based on OpenAPI/JSON Schema, followed by ingestion, enrichment (user/auth/account), and batched storage with 30-day retention in beta (planned 18 months at GA in H2 2025). The beta is API-only with an endpoint to retrieve logs, and future plans include a new Dashboard UI, additional auditable fields (including system/user login events), Logpush export, dashboards, trends, and alerting.
