Cloudflare enables native monitoring and forensics with Log Explorer and custom dashboards

Cloudflare announces expanded Log Explorer support for seven Zero Trust datasets (Access, Gateway DNS/HTTP/Network, CASB, Zero Trust Network Session, and Device Posture Results) with 30-day retention, plus custom dashboards powered by natural language chart creation and templates for bot monitoring, API security/performance, account takeover, and performance monitoring. The features enable end-to-end investigation and mitigation via integration with Security Analytics and custom WAF rules, with examples showing how to identify unauthorized access, bot-driven traffic, and suspicious DNS activity. Upcoming capabilities include custom alerts, scheduled query detections, and deeper platform integration; the features are available to current beta users now with pricing to follow in Q2 2025.
