Unveiling the EU Cybersecurity Act | UpGuard

This report provides an informational overview of the EU Cybersecurity Act: it explains ENISA's strengthened permanent mandate, the establishment of a harmonized EU-wide cybersecurity certification framework for ICT products and services (with Basic, Substantial, and High assurance levels), the role of the European Cybersecurity Certification Group and national certification authorities, and how the Act complements existing EU regulations such as the GDPR and NIS/NIS2; it also includes a vendor promotion for UpGuard.
