Burnt by Burgers: Highlighting Void Blizzard’s Russian State Links

This report examines US indictments and OSINT that associate Russian national Denis Obrezko with the state-aligned APT 'Void Blizzard' (Laundry Bear). It correlates FBI-disclosed identifiers (emails, phone numbers, IPs) with breached datasets, corporate records, an FSB-issued license held by Yutek-NN, and repeated delivery activity to EMERCOM facilities to support a high-confidence link between Obrezko and the Information and Analytical Center of EMERCOM, while acknowledging that direct proof of operational cyberespionage by Yutek-NN is not independently confirmed.
