This report profiles The Gentlemen RaaS: its evolution from an ArmCorp/Qilin split, affiliate recruitment and revenue model, roles within the organisation, extensive OPSEC failures that exposed infrastructure and leaked Rocket.Chat communications (including IoCs such as 92.39.211.142), nearly 500 claimed victims, and OSINT linking the suspected leader (Alexander Yapaev) to travel and residency records across Russia, China, UAE, Thailand, and Vietnam.
