Ticketmaster Breach: Hackers Leak 10M ‘Unrefreshable’ Ticket Barcodes

Hackers have publicly released approximately 10 million Ticketmaster tickets (including barcode values and detailed seat/venue info) and claim Ticketmaster’s SafeTix barcodes cannot be refreshed; the leak—posted to Breach Forums and linked to groups associated with prior Ticketmaster breaches—enables creation of counterfeit tickets and poses large-scale consumer and reputational risk to Ticketmaster/Live Nation.
