RingGo, ParkMobile Owner EasyPark Suffers Data Breach, User Data Stolen

EasyPark Group disclosed a data breach discovered on December 10, 2023, impacting thousands of customers in Europe (notably RingGo users) with theft of personal data including names, contact details, addresses and partial credit/IBAN digits; ParkMobile (US) was reported unaffected. Regulators in the EU, Sweden, the UK and Switzerland were notified, affected users were informed and warned about phishing, and there are no confirmed ransom demands or public data leaks at the time of reporting.
