Fidelity National Financial: Hackers stole data of 1.3 million people

Fidelity National Financial disclosed a November 19, 2023 cyberattack in which threat actors used stolen credentials and non‑propagating malware to exfiltrate data; the incident was contained within seven days and an investigation found approximately 1.3 million customers' data exposed. The BlackCat (ALPHV) ransomware group listed FNF on its leak site, FNF is notifying affected consumers and regulators and providing identity protection services.
