Telefónica confirms internal ticketing system breach after data leak

Telefónica confirmed an unauthorized access to an internal Jira ticketing system after threat actors claiming the aliases DNA, Grep, Pryx, and Rey leaked ~2.3 GB of tickets and documents on a hacking forum; attackers reportedly used compromised employee credentials, and some of the actors are linked to the Hellcat Ransomware operation. Telefónica says it has reset affected passwords and blocked access while investigating the extent of the breach.
