Trezor’s support platform abused in crypto theft phishing attacks

Trezor has warned of a phishing campaign in which attackers abused its public support ticket system to send automated replies from [email protected] with fraudulent subject lines that direct recipients to phishing pages requesting wallet seed phrases; the report also references a January 2024 support-portal breach that exposed about 66,000 users. Users are reminded never to share seed phrases and Trezor is working on mitigations to prevent similar abuse.
